Supported living is all about our service users taking control of their own lives. Our supported living service users have their own room key and make their own choices (wherever possible) about how they wish to live their lives. Those living in Grazebrook supported living properties truly value the independence that this way of living affords them.

Supported living services come in all shapes and sizes. They’re for people who can live with almost no support, and for people who need someone there 24 hours a day. Supported living offers people more choice, choice about where to live, who to live with, and who to provide your support. It’s also about responsibility for making the right choice, for looking after the people around you, for looking after yourself.

Grazebrook Homes' staff are on hand as and when they are needed to offer help and support and are all highly trained in the issues that surround adults with learning disabilities.
