Grazebrook's two homes offer support to adults with a learning disability, challenging behaviour, a physical disability, sensory impairment or specific health needs. Our homes seek to provide long term care and support whilst promoting maximum independence.

We have designed our properties to offer residents a safe, welcoming place to live where they can feel at home. Each has been furnished to a high standard and according to the needs of the residents. Residents are encouraged to become involved with the running of the home; this includes personalising their own room and becoming involved in decisions with regard to décor and developments within the home.
